“Yoga is a practice of self- acquaintance. It is a return to understanding our essential nature. It’s like putting together the pieces of a puzzle- and through this evolving process of conscious attention and deliberate integration, we experience a whole-ness within ourselves.”

Revolving around the Center
Revolving Around The Center was a documentary style podcast that I created during the Pandemic after the Center for Yoga closed its doors in 2020. The intention of this project was to record an oral history, to honor and pay tribute to one of the most important spaces in my life, which had been a yoga home to thousands of people over the fifty years it served as a yoga studio. It was a true passion project- recorded, edited, published by myself- and I am beyond thrilled that it inspired a group of local yogis to reopen this iconic space, and birth a new chapter of its existence.
Currently, I am teaching a livestream class through the studio, Fridays at 7:15 am PDT, 10:15 am EDT. Every week, I open a window from my home, to create a sacred healing space with students across time zones.
